"JUANYTO" DJ Juanyto was born and raised in New Rochelle, NY. His goal is to become an on air personality and deejay. Juanyto attended Westchester Community College majoring in Communications and Mass Media. He has been employed at WQHT HOT 97.1 FM since
March 2003 as a promotional assistant. In March 2005, Juanyto accepted a position at HOT 97.1 FM as Engineer, Board Operator. Later in August 2005, became a Production Assistant for HOT 97 Production Team. He is the producer of “Celebrity Drama with Ms Info” which is a segment during Funkmaster Flex Show on Hot 97. He is also a DJ in New York City clubs when he's not working at the station. Juanyto has worked at clubs such as Flow (151), Eugenes, Redemption, Lotus, Remote Lounge, Speed, Umbrellas, and recently DJ'ing for Adidas Soho Store. He was on tour djing for “DJ Webstar” Early 2007, later djing the 50 Cent Boro Tour for HOT 97 with world known Dj’s like, Mister Cee, Cipha Sounds, & Dj Bobby Trends. He has also dj for corporate companies like SUNKIST, MOUNT GAY Liquor, & Vitamin Water. He has also help launched a magazine, “Straight Stuntin Magazine”, power by Dj Kay Slay. He is an assistant to the magazine and media related. He was also DJ Juanyto has extensive work experience in the music industry. He has gained retail, marketing and promotion experience from working at Arista Records and other independent marketing companies. He has also interned as an assistant mix show representative for Asylum Records and worked with artists such as Cam’ron, Paul Wall, Mike Jones and Webbie. DJ Juanyto has a passion for film, directing, djing, radio and producing and learns more and more each day about the ins and outs of the music business. Literary works that have inspired him along the way include, "I Am Hip-Hop" by Russell Simmons, “48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene, and Def Jam University and "Make It Happen," by Kevin Liles.
